There will be a 3% increase in the Dearness Allowance (DA) of central government employees coming under the 7th Pay Commission. According to sources, this increase can be announced in September. It will be implemented from July 1. It will be approved by the cabinet. Only after this, pensioners and employees will get the benefit.
