Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Thursday accused Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) of being biased and demanded action against 13 power plants in UP, Haryana and Punjab that are allegedly violating norms. "AAP wants to know from the 'Central Political Control Board' why is it not taking any initiative to stop these power plants," said AAP spokesperson Saurabh Bharadwaj.
