The Central Government on Saturday launched AI-enabled chatbot 'Samadhan Didi' to help citizens file complaints against government departments online. The chatbot allows citizens to lodge a complaint by speaking in their native language and plainly describing their concern. Union Minister of State Jitendra Singh called the chatbot a "democratisation of public grievance mechanism in India".
