Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis said he has written to Centre and Centre is "seriously looking into the issue" of banning online gaming in the state. Fadnavis said only Centre has the authority to make laws on the subject. He said this while responding to concerns raised by MLAs across party lines over the surge in online gambling-related crimes and addiction.
