The Centre has filed a review petition in Supreme Court against its order allowing the release of six convicts in the Rajiv Gandhi assassination case. The Centre told the apex court that it wasn't heard in the matter as it wasn't made a party during the proceeding. The apex court had ordered release of the convicts on November 11.
