The Department of Pharmaceuticals has invited stakeholders to submit comments on proposed changes to the Medical Devices GTE Exemption List by July 15. The review follows industry requests for additions, deletions and modifications. The exemption list allows global procurement of medical devices not adequately manufactured in India, ensuring access to critical healthcare technologies.
