Bengaluru-based Zoko's CEO Arjun Paul said it's "nightmare" to shut an Indian company, which he has been trying for two years. Calling it a "never-ending divorce battle with an ex-wife", Paul said he'd to even submit his physical office's picture with the company's signage, 18 months after the shutdown process began. He said the government's ease-of-doing-business claims are "absolute b******t".
