Brad Rukstales, CEO of Chicago-based technology company Cogensia that provides "data-driven marketing solutions", was arrested as supporters of President Donald Trump stormed the Capitol. Rukstales apologised for his part and said he followed others inside the Capitol to see what was happening. However, Cogensia said it has put Rukstales on a leave of absence while they "assess further".
