CEO of fully-remote coding company GitLab turns billionaire after US IPO

US-based coding platform GitLab's Co-founder and CEO Sytse Sijbrandij has become a billionaire after his company went public. GitLab's shares rose 35% in its debut in New York, boosting his net worth to $2.8 billion, Bloomberg reported. Sijbrandij owns an 18% stake in the fully-remote company, that was founded in 2011, and sold around 2 million shares in the IPO.
