As many as 35 children died at the state-run largest referral children's hospital BC Roy Children's Hospital in five days in Kolkata. State health department formed a three-member probe committee which gave clean chit to the hospital and ruled out any negligence on the part of the authorities. Hospital sources say normal death rate in the hospital is 5-6.
