TVS Group's K Mahesh, who was the Chairman of the group's Sundaram Brake Linings, passed away in Chennai on Saturday. He was the grandson of the automobile group's Founder TV Sundaram Iyengar and the younger brother of TVS & Sons' Chairman Suresh Krishna. The 75-year-old had been working at TVS Group for over five decades.
