Chance conversation helps NIT student land ₹4.5 lakh internship

A chance conversation at a hostel in Bir Billing last year helped 22-year-old Irfan Mohammad secure an iOS developer internship with UAE-based fintech company Revolut, where he received ₹4.5 lakh monthly. A final year BTech IT student at NIT Jalandhar, Irfan said a referral led him to the selection process, which included online tests and interviews. He completed the internship in August.
