Former ICICI Bank CEO Chanda Kochhar, along with her husband Deepak Kochhar, have sought release from custody as interim relief before the Bombay High Court. The couple asked for release for their son's wedding on January 15. The relief has been sought in a petition asking the court to quash an FIR filed against the couple by the CBI.
