Chandrayaan-2 orbiter radar captures Vikram lander days after it was put to 'sleep'

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has shared an image of Chandrayaan-3's Vikram lander as captured by the Dual-frequency Synthetic Aperture Radar (DFSAR) instrument onboard the Chandrayaan-2 orbiter. The picture was taken on September 6, days after Vikram lander was put in sleep mode. Chandrayaan-3 had landed on the Moon on August 23.
