After the launch of Chandrayaan-3, its Mission Director Mohan Kumar got overwhelmed during his speech, a video of which has surfaced online. Speaking about the improvements in Chandrayaan-3, Kumar laughed and fell short of words, "Seeing it (Chandrayaan-3) at this stage is a…perfectly…actually."
