CB-CID on Friday filed a chargesheet against 6 cops in connection with the alleged custodial death of Akash Delison, a Dalit youth from Tamil Nadu's Manamadurai. The chargesheet, filed nearly 3 months after the incident, named 6 personnel ranging from an inspector to constables. CB-CID has invoked murder charges along with provisions of the SC/ST Act against the accused officers.
