Arve Hjalmar Holmen, a man from Norway, has filed a complaint with Norwegian Data Protection Authority after ChatGPT falsely told him that he had killed two of his sons and he has been jailed for 21 years. Holmen had asked ChatGPT to search for "Who is Arve Hjalmar Holmen?" Holmen has demanded that ChatGPT maker OpenAI be fined.
