A Lancaster University study found ChatGPT can learn to "seek revenge" and be verbally violent when exposed to real-life arguments. "While the system is designed to behave politely...it is also engineered to emulate human conversation," a researcher said. Some of the phrases ChatGPT used to reciprocate impoliteness include "I swear I'll key your f***ing car" and "you speccy little gobs***e".
