ChatGPT can now access Google Chrome tabs to complete tasks

OpenAI has upgraded its ChatGPT Chrome extension, allowing the AI chatbot to access open browser tabs and complete tasks. In Chat mode, it can compare products, explain articles and review subscription plans. Work mode enables it to fill forms, send messages, download files and organise tabs. The update also brings ChatGPT's conversation history into the browser sidebar.
