A Chennai-based company is rewarding its 1,000 employees with a fully paid week-long trip to Spain. It's part of the company's 'profit-share bonanza' program designed to celebrate the contributions of employees who played a key role in achieving its financial targets for the previous year. The company previously took its employees to Singapore, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Malaysia and London.
