US and Chennai-based software company Ideas2IT Technologies is giving away 1/3 of the Ideas2IT business to employees under an Ownership Sharing Initiative. "In 2024, we're appreciating the key players at Ideas2IT - folks who demonstrated founder mentality and imbued Ideas2IT with good values," the company said. To start with, Ideas2IT will grant this equity to the company's first 50 employees.
