Chennai-based online pharmacy Netmeds has acquired online telemedicine startup JustDoc in a cash-and-stock deal of nearly $1 million. After the deal, Netmeds will fully absorb JustDoc's team and integrate its technology with its platform. Founded in 2015 by IIT graduates Jugal Anchalia, Abhishek Kumar and Vikash Singh, JustDoc connects patients with doctors of the country via online consultation.
