The head of the Chernobyl nuclear plant has warned that repairing the damaged outer radiation shelter could take three to four years. A Russian drone strike earlier this year punched holes in the structure, weakening its safety functions. The director said another nearby strike could cause the inner shelter to collapse, though radiation levels remain stable.
