The Park Hyatt hotel in Chicago has kept Parker, a one-eyed pug as its new concierge. Parker is a rescued dog from Pets Are Worth Saving (PAWS) and was adopted by the hotel's general manager. Currently, Parker accompanies guests in the lobby, escorts them to rooms and is taken care of by staff allotted​ to look after the pug's needs.
