Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Shinde, at Shiv Sena's Dussehra rally, criticised the UPA government for not acting against Pakistan after the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. He said, "Ex-Union Minister P Chidambaram admitted that UPA govt did not strike Pakistan after the 26/11 attacks due to foreign pressure." Chidambaram had earlier said US Secretary Condoleezza Rice told them to avoid war.
