On July 14 in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China a young child riding a toy car suddenly went onto a busy highway while his mother ran after him, trying to catch up. Three drivers quickly turned on their hazard lights and slowed down, covering him from traffic. This gave the mother enough time to reach her son and take him to safety.
