Child sex trafficking case against Michael Jackson's estate dismissed

The child sex trafficking lawsuit filed by the Cascio siblings against Michael Jackson's estate has been dismissed by a US federal judge. The court cited a binding clause in a 2019 settlement agreement wherein the siblings already received a reported $3.5-million payout over similar claims. The siblings claimed that Jackson sexually abused and groomed them as children over a decade.
