Childhood ADHD linked to higher adult disease risk: Study

A long-term study published in JAMA Network Open warns that children showing ADHD symptoms face a higher risk of serious physical illnesses in adulthood. By age 46, they are more likely to develop multiple conditions such as migraine, diabetes or cancer. The risk is higher in women, linked to stress, unhealthy habits and delayed medical care.
