China apologises to family of doctor who died of COVID-19 after warning about it

Wuhan's public security bureau has issued an apology to the family of Dr Li Wenliang who had warned about a potential coronavirus outbreak and eventually died of the virus. Li was detained for 'spreading false rumours'. An investigation found he hadn't disrupted public order with his actions and said that he was a 'professional who fought bravely and made sacrifices'.
