China has deployed its frontline J-20 'Mighty Dragon' fifth-generation stealth fighter jets at airbases near LAC facing India in late June and early July, NDTV reported. Seven jets were stationed at Xinjiang's Hotan airbase, which lies 389 km northeast of Leh. Additionally, four jets were deployed at Damxung airbase in Tibet's Lhasa prefecture, 344 km northwest of Arunachal Pradesh's Tawang.
