China has been halting specialty fertilisers exports to India for over two months while continuing to supply other countries, reported ET. "China has been restricting supplies to India for the past 4-5 years, but never like this," President of the Soluble Fertilizer Industry Association told ET. The shipments are being withheld through procedural delays like ceasing of inspections of consignments.
