China's Ministry of Commerce imposed restrictions on 18 US defence firms on Wednesday after President Donald Trump raised tariffs on Chinese goods to 104%. China added 12 US companies to a control list that prohibits exports of dual-use items. Additionally, six firms were placed on China's "unreliable entities" list, allowing the Asian nation to take punitive measures against foreign entities.
