China's cyber regulator has issued draft rules for public comment to tighten rules around the use of human-like artificial intelligence systems. The proposal would require providers to warn users against excessive use and intervene if signs of addiction appear. It also mandates safety responsibilities and establishes systems for algorithm review, data security and personal information protection.
