China has warned people against using the Hong Kong fire, which killed 146 people, as a means to disrupt the city. Meanwhile, a person was arrested on suspicion of trying to incite sedition after he launched a petition asking the government to address four demands after the fire. The petition got over 10,000 signatures within a day.
