Russian President Vladimir Putin has said his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping is the only world leader with whom he celebrated his birthday. Calling Xi a "reliable partner and good friend", Putin added that the Chinese President is "a very accessible and a very sincere person". The Russian President is scheduled to visit China on an official visit later this week.
