China has relaxed the restrictions on export of crop nutrient urea to India, multiple reports said, signalling an improvement in India-China ties. India, which leads in global urea imports, is expected to buy as much as 300,000 tons, Bloomberg reported. Notably, India has also shipped diesel to China for the first time in over four years.
