Chinese home appliances giant Midea Group is close to finalising a local manufacturing joint venture (JV) in India, Moneycontrol reported. The company's search for a joint venture partner is over, and it is working on Press Note 3. "Commercial and sales side will be handled by us, but manufacturing will be through a local partnership," a company official told Moneycontrol.
