Iran's ambassador to China, Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli, said Beijing will receive "special consideration" when Tehran imposes service fees on ships using the Strait of Hormuz. He added that special treatment would be awarded to countries that are friendly to Iran. Fazli said the fees would help ensure the safe transit of ships and cover environmental costs.
