China has announced plans to issue visas for Indian students wishing to go back to study in China, after over two years of delay due to COVID-19 restrictions. The new relaxed visa rules will come into effect from August 24 onward, the Chinese embassy in India said. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar had earlier raised the issue with China.
