India's tightened control of quality clearances on China-made electronics has hit imports of Apple's latest model, iPhone 12 and other company's products such as Xiaomi, reported Reuters. The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has reportedly been delaying approvals for China-made products since August. Apple reportedly called on BIS to speed up approvals, while having to assure expansion in India.
