According to a report by an NGO called China Forum of Environmental Journalists (CFEJ), the giant smog-sucking tower in China's capital city is failing to keep air pollution levels within acceptable limits. Named 'Smog Free Tower', the device has an effective range "very much limited to its immediate surroundings" and is "unstable" at keeping particulate concentration down, the report added.
