Hours after US authorities arrested Chinese billionaire Guo Wengui for allegedly orchestrating a billion-dollar fraud, his penthouse in Manhattan mysteriously caught fire. The fire broke out while FBI agents were conducting a search of the home. Wengui is accused of defrauding thousands of his online followers and buying a mansion, a Ferrari, and a luxury yacht with stolen money.
