A Chinese professor accused of stealing technology to benefit Huawei pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI. Bo Mao, who was a visiting professor at the University of Texas, was arrested last year in August. He was accused of entering into an agreement with CNEX Labs to use its circuit board for research and sharing the proprietary information with Huawei.
