Chinese robot maker Unitree shares surge 629% after $904-mn IPO
Shares of Unitree Robotics opened 629% higher after raising $904 million in an IPO, making it the first publicly traded humanoid robot maker in mainland China. Shares of the Hangzhou-based company rose to 1,100 yuan ($163.12) on the STAR Market from an IPO price of 150.8 yuan ($22.36). Notably, DeepSeek invested about 140.8 million yuan in Unitree earlier this year.
