French maritime intelligence firm Unseenlabs has flagged a Chinese research vessel in the Bay of Bengal, suspected of conducting surveillance near Indian territory. The vessel's activities reportedly include seafloor mapping, acoustic surveys, and identification of submarine transit corridors-standard tactics associated with Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW).
