Chinese property tycoon Cheung Chung-kiu has agreed to buy a seven-storey 45-room mansion overlooking London's Hyde Park for $268 million (₹1,900 crore), setting a UK house price record. The previous owner had been late Saudi Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The property could be worth up to $915 million if renovated as an apartment block, Cheung's spokesperson said.
