A woman in China was fined 70,000 yuan (approximately ₹8 lakh) after she accidentaly bumped into a pedestrian in China. The pedestrian was walking when she turned around suddenly while answering a phone call. A 29-year-old woman who was walking behind her, did not notice and bumped into her. The pedestrian fell down leading to fractures in her hip.
