A CIA officer who travelled to India this month with agency's Director William Burns reported symptoms consistent with Havana syndrome, CNN and the New York Times reported. Havana syndrome was first reported by officials based in US embassy in Cuba in 2016. Many people who have experienced Havana Syndrome reported hearing strange sounds, migraines, nausea, memory lapses and dizziness.
