The makers of CID on Thursday announced the new season of the crime investigation show after a gap of 6 years. In a video, makers revealed that the upcoming season will mark the return of Shivaji Satam, Aditya Srivastava and Dayanand Shetty. Shivaji played the role of ACP Pradyuman in the first season. The show's first season started in 1998.
