Mumbai-based multinational pharmaceutical company Cipla recently said that its subsidiary, Cipla Health Limited (CHL), will acquire the cosmetics and personal care distribution and marketing business from Ivia Beaute Private Limited. The deal, which is valued at Rs 130 crore, will include the well-known brands Astaberry, Ikin, and Bhimsaini on a worldwide basis
